Team Howard's Pub and Howard's Pub Restaurant owner George "Buffy" Warner has passsed.
He apparently fell on his 65 foot motor yacht in Ocracoke last evening and was found this morning.
He is survived by his wife Anne and three children.
He was 53 years young...
