South Floida Nacra Dealer?
Looks like the Tackle Shack in Tampa just sells Hobies and Lasers:

Rick
That reminds me Rick, I owe you $20 for my Catsailor subscription!
Check's in the mail, in about 10 minutes...
Sorry Mary, and thanks for not cutting me off!
Another possible source of revenue would be your classified section. I would be willing to pay if the site allowed you to upload pictures of the items for sale. There are 3 sites that allow free advertising with pictures, www.thebeachcats.com the Hobie cat site and craigslist. I would be happy to pay for ads to support this site, but people want to see what they are buying before they will contact you.
I'm assuming he means resolution/color compression to make page loads reasonably quick.
All of that could be accomplished in less than a second with a Photoshop drop applet (it's like a macro).
You can process as many photos as you want automatically.
ahh, we call that
optimized for print
(I think Rick is talking about print, not the site)

Rick
so they left?? taxes to high in California?..Obamacare issues?
whats going on with them..anybody know?
Steve Marsh from the Finish Line (Corsair) used to sell Nacras, but I have been led to believe Nacra dealers are hard to find in the US.
I wonder what your dad would say about racing a N 17 - Bet he would go for it!;-) I wish I was in shape enough to keep up with my grandson for a day...
It's funny they're so hard to find now, when back in the day they tried to MAKE you buy from the one closest to you. I always used Rick Bliss w/ New England catamarans. he wasn't the closest, but he was the (and still is) the best.
For Fl. as stated above Kirk or Charlie at Key Sailing are awesome also.
If he was a youngster again, he would be all over it. ON the 5.2/5.5 SL he always raced either with a youth (older teenager) or female (his wife) as crew. They would have been the prototypical crew for the N17.
I remember the first time we rigged a spinnaker on a 5.2 in his back yard (back in the days before a spin pole). He was really excited. We took it to the lake that weekend and he tied his boat off backward from the dock and hoisted the spinnaker and set it while tied to the dock (fairly light day, obviously). He left it like that all the way through lunch, just to show the monohull guys what he had rigged up.
saw Robbie training the teams on the N17 last weekend. sexy boat
Highly doubt it since she's the Importer for AHPC. Most likely Robbie was hired to coach, nothing to do with being a dealer, but who knows stranger things have happened.
