Awhile back I discovered McLube for making my Tiger spi slippery for ease of dousing. I love it! Someone told me there is another product that is better. They said it makes it easier to repair, because they said McLube will not allow adhesives to stick to it.

Does anyone know the name of the product that does this? The person has forgotten the name of the product.

it's probably Holmenkol..but I've never heard that it allows you to repair the spinnaker more easily.

You've got to get the Holmenkol off if you need to use adhesive on it also,if you want a really good bond. Sail repair tape may stick for a short while without doing so but not for long.
