OK, so the wind was typical lake, but at least it didn't get rained out. It was great to see all you guys again, and for you slackers who didn't show up, you missed a great regatta.
In spite of the light air, Louie got in 7 races Sat. and Sun. Robie and Jill put on a great starting clinic Friday, with an excellent video debrief on Friday night. Pretty good turnout too, with 43 boats total, biggest class was the 13 A cats, Hobie 16's had a good fleet as well as the F18's.
Even the Nazi make a guest apearance, along with JC and Tod, we had several newbies crewing too.
Thanks to everyone who put that on, the LESC, Ding, Rick and Terry, and of course Louie and the RC.
Fortunately there was enough wind Sunday. I agree- great regatta, well run. Except for the tricky %)(*&#$%^& who changed our A-class course from 1G to 2G in a hurry to quick-start when I wasn't looking. DOH!
The A-class had excellent, high quality racing with many lead changes, no protests, no collisions. I say this is the best quality, deepest fleet in the Southeastern US. And we have 25 boats on our Florida mailing list plus Randy Smyth. Maybe the F18 folks can argue futilely....

Took some videos the first day. This one I uploaded earlier. I got two more, one of the A-cat start and another of the non-spin open class but they're in processing by YT.
Karl and Beth got a great start......someones over early.
