That looks like a PhotoShop version of Randy Smyths Nacra 6.0 with racks he used in a Worrell. I say Photoshopped only because of the lack of any graphics on the hulls or sails.
It's definitely an old pic if it's real, notice the lack of snuffer system on the pole. The early spin boats used deck bags to launch the spin.
I like the racks to effectively widen the beam. Would be very handy!

Looks like the editing was done quiet well. The boat is for sure a modified one. Another larger image would have been great. 🙂
