Oh I think this is the elusive Arizona model. They are hard to tack, but are near impossible to pitchpole...PFD's optional...lol

This experimental model was introduced by Hobie in its early years. Unfortunately for Hobie, the model was not well accepted and therefore canceled.

Sure it was easy to get to the water, but the first wave got it every time. Hobie eventually figured out that it was due to the lack of bouncy.

It was quite the learning curve for Hobie back then.

Looks like a custom Hobie 16 powered land sail trailer. Very economical in these times.I wonder what size plate that sail is good for( 10,000 lbs.) 😀 ?
