Thanks for taking the pics! That's quite a mix of designs, from minimalist to high-tec.

Randy's "Scissor" (first pics) is hela-fast and I've seen it pull away from "regular" fast cats like F18's and Nacra 20's. Super light boat, massive sail area, light skipper, and best skipper all on the same boat will do that. 😀

Trying to figure out the large holes on the back of Scissor's outriggers. Are those closed when underway?

amazing multi-hull

The explanation we got was they can be stepped on and submerged to aid in righting the boat if capsized. After the boat starts to sail .. they are self draining. - genius !
