Maybe I'm getting too cynical, but am I the only one who sees it as a spam/troll/revenge post?
Who in their right mind posts their home address on a public forum?

I don't think you are, call it good instincts instead. The IP of the poster came from

41 House 47 Road No 27, Dhaka 1213, Bangladesh
http://myip.ms/info/whois/103.230.105.11

not Florida.

Damon,
Was this profile created by a real person? I notice you have a security question during the registration process.
I design and program websites and am always interested in how spammers get through.

This one was probably are real (spammer) person based on the location and message content.

Using a large number of people to actually type in the spam is a simple but effective means to spread spam.

There are other security measures running that analyze the content of the posts and also the registration attempts, blackholing the most obvious bad guys.

Didn't you at one time only allow the post of a new registrar to appear after you reviewed it? I wonder if you would have caught this one.

I never did that here on the forums, but that is how the old Yahoo mail-list was setup due to the massive number and sneaky methods of spammers on Yahoo.

Yes, I'm sure I would have recognized this one, been doing this a while and easily recognize the pattern.

It wasn't just the home address that tingled my spider sense.
It was the wording. I deal everyday with people for whom English is a second language, nobody,(except maybe Borak) writes like that.

I am very much glad by getting a chance to participate here. Thanks
