My comp tip has been damaged so that the sail track is bent about an inch or so inward (for about 3 inches in length). I tried to pry it up, but then got worried about doing further damage. I don't have a picture, but again, it's just kind of mashed in a bit, and it seems to be making raising the sail a chore. Can anyone give advice on how to fix this without having to replace the entire comp-tip?

The track can be popped off and replaced.
