End of year sail...

... got mine in this Sunday. At least I assume it was the last - actually I think it was the last sail for the last 3 weeks, .... With a front blowing in I had a nice afternoon of sailing at good 15 m/h of wind in comfortable air temperatures (upper 80's)

I'm jealous of you. My last sail was Oct. 18th. If I was a tough-guy with a wet suit, I could have gone longer. My lake iced-over on Nov. 22nd. But with today's "global warming" storm pulling in warm air (Nov. 28), the ice is threatening to melt out, temporarily. If it does melt out, the guy next door who froze his duck hunting boat in, and had to chop it out, will be kicking himself in the butt 'cause he didn't wait.

I`m jealous too. The only way to experience temps in the 80`s around here at this time of year is to turn up the furnace!
