Hi,
I came across a bunch of Hobie 14 Turbo parts (furler, sail, blocks, etc) and there is one item that I'm not positive of it's purpose. I think it might be the cable that the jib blocks attach to. It's around 78" long and has a turnbuckle for adjustment. A photo is at: http:/
Most of the parts are on Ebay and this one is headed there also if I can figure out what it is.

Yes - that's the jib block support wire.
