Hi all! I have a question, How do you make a H-16 sail flater or fuller with the help of the battens?
Please help.

As posted in a reply on the Hobie site:
Fuller? Less outhaul, less downhaul, Possibly more batten tension to
force
shape into the sail.
Flatter? Just enough batten tension to remove wrinkles, more outhaul, more downhaul.
