This May Again Be A Stupid Question, But I'm Not Sure How To Attach My Jib When I Already Have The Front And Two Side Shrouds Connected To The One Clevis On The Tang Up Top. When I Have 4 On The Same Clevis My Mast Does Not Rotate Properly.

Clevis?... actually

Shackle

is the connection at the tang.

If you have the old style single-hole tang you don't have a choice but to attach all there. The older rigs have the jib halyard as part of the forestay wire (three wires attach at the shackle), so not sure what you have. Current product has two shrouds, forestay and aussie halyard all attached on the shackle on the lower tang hole (4 wires). Traps go on the upper shackle.

So, not sure you have a problem really. The leading issue with mast rotation would be jib halyard tension an down haul tension. Both prebend the mast if excessive and will cause some rotation problems in lighter air.
