[#19613]

A problem that I have while I checked the boat (H16) is when I shake the boat side to side I can see some loosens in the connections between the hulls to the trampoline joints.
Does somebody have an idea how can I fix that? Tanks in advance

The best way to fix this is to take these connections apart, clean them, and reassemble, packing the loosened joints with WEST system epoxy thickened with their high density filler. This is not a quick easy solution but it gives really high quality results.

If you don't want to make the connection permanent, cut an aluminum can into strips and use them as shims between the pylons and corner castings.

I prefer the aluminum can method, but epoxy will make a quieter fit. Some day you might have to pull a hull off and the epoxy makes that very difficult. I think it does an effective job of ending the squeeks, which drive me crazy if there isn't enoungh wind to distract me.

I second the shim idea. Yes, the glue is a solid fix, but anything permanant can come back to bite you. There really shouldn't be any squeaking with the shims in place. If there is add more shims to tighten up the joint.
