Perhaps this is not the correct forum, but I am just so pleased right now that I had to write. As it happens, I just made my second order/purchase from CatSailor. Unfortunately, I needed the stuff in a real hurry (my fault...newbie that I am) and figured I was out of luck. After placing my order with CatSailor late this past monday, I emailed the company and ended up corresponding with Gen Gibson. I explained my urgent (rush) situation to Gen who said "I`ll see what I can do". To my amazement, I already have my purchase in-hand (3 days later). In the 72 hours from when I placed my order, CatSailor managed to ship my purchase all the way from California to a little town about 2 hours outside of Toronto, Canada...This is simply fantastic! I just cannot let this kind of service go unrecognized.
...Another thank you to Gen as well as CatSailor! I am grateful and impressed.

P.S. Rick - perhaps your next videos could instruct on great customer service! I know of many places who could use a video like that...but not you guys.

Murrays also has great service, but they only have about 1/3 the items that we do. The value of our store is that we have a lot of suppliers and thereby a lot of items to choose from. And if you can't find it, just ask. My son, Dave, spends his entire time putting more items on the store, one item at at time (in order to make it more presentable) and is well over 4000 items that can be shipped the same or next day. But, there are still many, many items that we need to keep adding.
