I've got a badly delaminated 1983 H14 starboard hull that the local dealer says is toast. Anybody know of a starboard H14 hull in the mid-Atlantic area that might be available. I'm not picky regarding color. Thanks!

Thanks, I'll check in with him. Anyone else know of any old 14s laying around? I'll even consider a whole boat...

What do you mean by

badly delaminated

? Where? How big?

Review the injection methods for repairing

soft-spots

, as your hull could be repairable. Both this site and the Hobie Forums have detailed descriptions of repairing delaminations.

Though we have good and reputable dealers that frequent this site, I would not take the word of any run-of-the-mill dealer saying YOUR hull is complete toast.-They want to sell you a NEW boat or one of their consignment boats. Ask an experienced sailor to look at your hull.

Check craigs list for your state.
I found my to used boats and a part of hulls on there in my area. Looking at the hulls maybe tomorrow.
Just for spares.
