Some of the old style seaway blocks show up on ebay every now and then but I would not waste good money on them. If you want a good car that is easy to cleat and uncleat order Hobie part 1075. It is a swivel cam cleat car that fits in the old track. The blocks for a Hobie 18 do fit the 16 jib track but are way to big for the 16 and they are still hard to uncleat.

1075 is not a good idea. It acts like a lever and will eventually either break the track or pull the track off the the pop rivits.

A better idea is to attach the cleat base/swivel to the crossbar inboard of the track and use Trentec jib cars. See http://www.catsailor.com/forums/showflat...;o=&fpart=1 for a discussion and drawing.
