Hey guys,
The part where the side stay screws into the deck has pulled the deck apart from the hull,
I am needing to remove the tramp platform so i can work on the deck,
Has anyone had this happen before?
And how should i go about removing the deck platform from the mast part.
Thanks <img src="<>/smile.gif" alt="smile" title="smile" height="15" width="15" />

I'd try the Help with Repairs forum:

http://www.hobiecat.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=20&sid=0c7fe95aab33f92fac95be0262b46959

Or Hobie 16 forums.

What were you doing, when the failure occurred? (We all like a good story, here!)

I used to take my frame off for winter storage. I put the boat on the lawn, then remove all 4 bolts. Using a block of wood and a hammer to slip the frame off the posts. Looks like you have a mess to deal with.
