G'day guys, I've been asked by someone to look at some hulls tomorrow afternoon he has in a shed. He has no idea about them at all doesn't know if theyre glass or wood but 99% they're going to be unused Mozzie hulls. Whats a fair figure to tell him? Who wants them? I'll make sure Rick gets paid if they sell off this query

Jeff,

For interest sake did you have a look at the hulls ?

How old are they and were they any good (glass or timber and minimum weight) ? Did they have a registered No. ?

Regards,

Peter

G'day Peter I went and took some photo's as its such a waste to see them now sitting in the open after being in a shed for umpteen years. They have been inherited by a guy with no shed space and he now has them laying in some grass. I really believe they could be had for not much. They are marine ply now stained on one side, never been fitted to a beam or had bungs installed, some scuffing on the transom from being dragged around. If you know someone with a soft mozzie that wants them pm me and I will give you the owners details.
regards Jeff

I'm only the custodian, I couldn't bear to see a boat needing hulls $300 and hulls needing a boat $50 so I found a new sailor for our club who for $350 gets a ready to go Mozzie with new hulls, 2 sails, 3 jibs 1 season use tramp and good trailer.
