Does anyone know if you can you install a front trampoline on these boats.

Anything is possible but you would have to invent it yourself since it's not a factory option. Lots of sailors have put front tramps on boats that didn't originally have them, but they are usually meant for fairly small weights of cargo and not for people.
Be careful putting loads where the boat wasn't designed to handle them. And be sure and share pictures of anything you come up with.
