So I want to replace the end caps on the N5.2 but since the cost of replacements from Murrays is through the roof, that’s if you can even find them, I decided to make my own. I was going to follow the path that Nacraman57 took, he made very good looking white cap, but ended up with a different design. I found black 3” PVC pipe cap at the HD which has a very think side wall, so I set up a router table to take off just enough material so the cut down piece fits into the beam just perfect. I think I like the way these fit better the factory ones I have.
I posted the setup and end result in the tech section but if you don’t have a router table and would like a set let me know.
