Im in the market for a new harness and was wondering what people's thoughts were about skiff style harnesses? Currently im comparing a

I have the MM Ultimate and I am happy with it. If I were to get a new one I would go for the Zhik.

This one looks really great, at last one gets rid of all these straps and buckles. However, I can't see the detail of the hook, do you have such a Zhik device?
It has a standard hook, no keeper.

Gill one is good. Very narrow at the lower back, giving good movement.

I have that gill in the cupboard... HATE the buckles... its ok as a spare but I would not recommend it.
the Zhik is a plain hook, but i reckon I could un-velcro myself out in an emergency. the gill on the other hand would not release when i actually wanted it to. false security.
I replaced the quick release with an old Magic Marine no release spreader bar. Quick release is false security.
How does the neoprene crotch on the Z harness treat the boys?
Anyone tried the new Ronstan harness,opinions wanted.

The neoprene crotch patch atually works as it should. its not the marketing gimmick i thought it would be.
One of me friends brought the ronstan a couple of months ago. looks like its built alright, just has a million buckles like the gill does, so that turned me off.
