When is CABBS next event?
I'm wondering, too. Just emailed John and he should be able to get us something pretty soon.
I have to get my Taipan 5.7 put back together and tuned back up.

Well I just picked another fixer upper H16. Hope to have her in the water no later than two weeks.
I picked this boat up, mainly for the trailer. But I will sail her till Matt get me my Blade out. 
I probably will..... If I can get "Clearance" from my leader.
Sux that I wont be able to make the next race. Just sold the boat yesterday to a good guy at work. I gotta teach him to sail beachcats 
Plus I got duty that saturday. just make sure no one gets hurt, I dont anyone here to become a SAR (search and rescue) case.

Poor boat has been sitting in the yard for quite a spell and the buyer is picking it up in March, so gotta get it all tuned up for him.

Almost had Mary (Wells) talked into crewing, but I think she doesn't like the new high-tech boats any more.

I would try to get your "leader" to crew for you. She's got high wind experience, and will always be able to get you home. 
Excellent observation! That is actually my 10 year old son Adam as "Dorothy" from the Wizard of Oz a few Halloween parties ago. He took first place out of about 60 entrants in the costume contest. This year he won again as Pee Wee Herman.
Not a hard observation having two young daughters (we actually own a pair of the red shiny shoes!!
