The annual Key Biscayne Double Distance Race will be held next Saturday, September 24. The location is the Rickenbacker Causeway in Miami. The crew meeting will be at 10:30.
Let's see if we can fit in a race between hurricanes and debris clean up. Hopefully your boat made it through Katrina okay. Rita is bearing down on us as I write this. We could use a break, let's go sailing.
The race Saturday is actually two races. We will race from the Rickenbacker out to the beach on the ocean side of Key Biscayne. We will stop for lunch and then have the second race back to the Rickenbacker.
