This has already been solved from Delray and was done by "dead rekoning to boot", in a P16 and an H16(I bet my lunch money there was no Hobie issue 30miles off shore then).Delray is a natural slot to West End by sail once there follow the Soca and the Kalik and your in Lucaya ....also with the new high speed cat out of Palm Beach families and friends could be there by the dozen's without airport hassel's... Very interesting when you think big. How about a Tybee version of the BAHAMAS............
