"For entries received until 31DEC2018 for the entry fee shall be $2000 USD.

For entries received from 01JAN2019 and not later than 08APR2019 deadline the entry fee shall be $2500 USD.

Entries after 08APR2019 deadline may be accepted at the sole discretion of the Organizing Authority."
