5.9 It must be possible to fully assemble (disassemble) the F12 craft from (into) its individual parts in no more then 10 minutes BY A SINGLE PERSON.
I think the latter is a key point of the rule, otherwise a design can just bring a full ten men team to the job.

Reading the specs for the F12

, looks like this is leaning towards more of what you needed.
Notice the length shrunk from 3.9 (12',10
) to 3.7 meters (12',1&2/3
). The sail size is reduced from 9 to 7 sq. meters.
55kg minimum weight is probably easier to attain now as well.
Should calm it down a bit, not as much of a giant killer.
