high spec
sheet lines, plus race proven design “square head” main sail, and asymmetric spinnaker, sells ex factory for (Australian) $15,454.00 (plus GST where applicable)
= £6,750 Sterling
Then you've got shipping and duty and VAT.
There are several small Hobies available in the UK - Dragoon, Twixxy etc priced at less than £6,000 delivered. Admittedly they couldn't hold a candle to the AO in performance!
I wonder what the total delivered to your door price for the AO would actually work out at?
For UK buyers add 17% VAT, about 3% inport duties and just under 1000 Pounds for shipping iself.
Say about 9000 GBP or 13.000 Euro's.
Only a tad cheaper then a Carbon masted Stealth F16, although that boat will then come with a jib setup and other stuff for 2-up racing.

What would that come out to in US dollars shipped to US port?
