F14 Australia update

Well we're off and running down under. We have sufficient interest to run a 14ft GP type cat regatta series with at least two rounds at separate venues and a third club also showing interest in hosting a round.
Now all we need is some decent sponsors and it could be a big success.

The Maricat forum might also have some stuff which could interest you John. The Maricat is an Ozy 14 built 20+ years ago to rival the H14 which it does very well.

After all the posts on the Aussie (pronounced Ozzie to you yanks (like in Mozzie), NOT Ossie)website, the talk is about the Grandfather Rule where the Maricat will sit in.

A few of us are looking at putting the kite on it, but also eventually a much better, more powerful and bigger square topped mainsail.

Unless of course a new F14 is developed first and I will get one of them.
