With the 2012 championships in the books, now is the time to mark your calendars for the 2013 event that is sure to be another great one. The Catamaran Racing Association of Wisconsin will play host for our first ever 4-day championship from August 2-5. Prior to the event, Robbie Daniel of Red Gear Racing will be offering a clinic on July 31 - Aug. 1. More information will be forthcoming in the months ahead from co-chairs, Chris Blake (toothdigger@gmail.com) and Gary Chu (drgarychu2004@yahoo.com). Feel free to contact them with questions.

Read the same announcement on the international site, so I assume that is still the case. Plenty of time to get to Racine!

I'm not sure I'm going to make it to this one. It'll feel a little strange only driving five hours. Maybe I'll detour through Montana or something to get there.

You too Tim.

There is a Jackson Lake Montana but I meant Flathead Lake Montana. I'll check my meds...

Come on slackers, time to get signed up! Thirteen boats registered two months out? Pathetic. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed.

Sweet! I tried talking Brett into coming, but you should work on the punk and drag him over, same with Greg, I haven't talked to him since Long Beach.

Interested if we can charter a boat for a reasonable fee.

Also, link to the registration? Google brings me to this thread, and the U.S F16 website appears down.

I contacted her last year about this. No offense to Jill she can charge what she wants but it basically is the same cost as a World's charter. I.e I'd bring the F18 instead.

Charters are expensive no matter what. Might want to check with Eric Witte as well.

PM sent Jeff unlikely to make it, work conflicts. Since Nacra isn't paying the bills around here...

There may be a viper available locally for charter. I'll let you know when I know more.

The local Viper is available for charter. If you are interested PM me and I will send you his contact info.

The boat was one of my demo boats and is really low time. I believe it is a 2011 model. I don't think it has even a full season on it. I sold it with a new spinnaker, and it probably doesn't have three weekend regatta's on it.

Still interested in crewing, or splitting a charter with someone. Anyone know someone looking?

Karl, were you sailing Uni?

And what was the wind like? Light, medium or blowing?

I'm more interested in what he had to promise a brand new bride in order to get a kitchen pass. I'm guessing he'll be doing dishes for couple months at least.
