That would have been a great sailnumber for my own boat but Sandra beat me to it fair and square so she gets that sailnumber.
But it does show the need to start a list of boats for each nationality. Not long now and more F16 sailors will order new sails and have the choice of sailnumber.
I propose that each of the local class heads give this some thought on how they wish to handle this in their own region.
And for now I will write down that NED16 has been taken.

Oops... Sorry Wouter, I didn't realise that yopu wanted it. We always had GBR 22, because it was in that changed A-cat sail we had on our BIM16. And when we made a new sail, we could choose, so I thought, Formula 16, so NED16... And because we are the only Bim16 in the Nethderlands..
Well, Sorry. Maybe yoy can take NED1616 or something like that?
