Ok I have been looking for these plans for a week now and can't seem to get any answers from Jim Boyer (website is apparently no longer working), or aphc. Does anyone have these plans or a good address for either?

recieved from Greg Goodall,

We have Taipan plans available for $220-, 16 pages of detailed drawings and
instructions on building
the Goodall - Boyer designed Taipan.
This also gives you the boat Sail Number.
We can then put together a kit for the mast, beams, sails and rigging.
The full parts list also details every fitting on the boat.
Payment can be made via Visa or Master card.
What is you address?
Postage would depend on where we need to send them.

Regards,
Greg

I gether you have all the info you want at this time ?

When you start building that get back in contact, there are various tips that can make the homebuilded Taipan or F16 easier to build or make the end result just a little better.

To give you a couple of examples. Tubes to lead your trapeze bungee cord through the hulls instead of running them only of the tramp (where there in the way). Using a tube as a gunwale one side that later is cut open from the outside to act as a integrated Trampoline track (saves weight, looks better). Cut down on the length of the daggerboard well; the full length isn't used anymore as Boyers boards have grown narrow over time. Etc, etc.
