US F16 sailors....
Please make a note of the mid-year change to the F16 rating in the USSA Portsmouth yardstick. Please use these new numbers when registering for future regattas.
The change in D-PN (and associated wind range yardstick numbers) is due the inclusion of regatta results that were not made available to USSA until recently.

wow, i guess that is fair but man i will miss that sweet rating. I want to hear no more whinning from the big boat boys.

I would like to see a vote of F16 sailors that thought the rating was fair vs unfair.
I guess it is proof, in the end, that we sail FAST boats and scare people <img src=
