Looks like a tribute to the Capricorn. Does anyone else have more information? look at the Capricorn

Took delivery of my new Capricorn last weekend and although my crew and I haven't sailed together in a year, jumped on the boat for our first race and lead the F-18 fleet including 4 World Champions......
Very impressed with the boat. Very fast staight out of the box
