Please make a note or make neccesary changes that the bid for the 2011 F18 NA's was not made by Sail Newport but the bid was presented by the Northeast fleet to be hosted at and or by Sail Newport. We have a great group that is going to set this up but some details to be sorted out as to who exactly is going to be the organizing authority.
Sail Newport is very cautious about throwing their name out there as the organizing authory versus simply being the host. I don't want to step on any toes by the wording of these minutes.

This is a draft - if you were at the meeting and you would like to comment, please drop either Dave or me a note.

Gracias.

I'll talk this over with Mike, who presented the bid. In any case, the Organizing Authority will be the NAF18 Class - the only thing we need to do is clarify who the host will be, which is clearly worded in the minutes.
