We desperately need space in our warehouse for our new moulds and need to sell our ex demo Capricorn . It is UK based, in immaculate condition and must be sold this week

No, you are forgetting about European taxation, add 17.5 to 19 %.
You can not compare an EU price directly with a US boat price.
