Can anybody give me a measurement from the end of spin pole to a perpindicular line between the turning blocks on a late model Tiger.

Sorry Collin, I have no idea what you are getting at. What are you trying to measure? The Pole, the snuffer placement, the exit for an internal halyard?

I'd you were to draw an imaginary line between the two spinaker blocks on either hull I
I am trying to get a measurement between that line and the end of the spin pole on a Tiger running the newer size/cut spinaker.

Would also depend on pole hight and mast rake. Is it for a standard Tiger or your Hobie 18SX..... Or the Laser <img src="<>/shocked.gif" alt="shocked" title="shocked" height="15" width="15" />

Collin's 18sx runs a Tiger rig. I bet he's trying to get his spin blocks in the same relative position as the Tiger so the sheeting angle is the same?

Im just guessing here...

Ding ding ding - we have a winner. I spoke to him yesterday and we will do side by side comparisons of a Tiger F-18 kite on his boat and a Tiger at our next regatta in 2 weeks. This should help him land the best block placement for a good sheeting angle.

Chris.

I was hoping to get an idea of where the blocks will have to be so that I can rig something before the regatta like a barberhauler or something to increase the odds of using the new chute at this regatta but we may just have to wait.
