Is there a list of sailmakers for Nacra F18 sails, or is Performance Catamarans the only place to buy sails which are accepted for racing?

One of the nicest things about the F18 class is you are not tied to a single vendor so you can shop around.
I think Glaser Sails is getting into the F18 market.
Peter Vink (Performance Sails, Netherlands) puts together a nice product. This is what is stock on the Infusion.
Just make sure the sail maker is familiar with the mast you have and the class rules. It will have be measured by the class measurer also.
I'm sure others will chime in with more sail maker recommendations.
You can use any brand for F18 - Just spent the winter going through the sail purchase process.
Here are the lofts I would look at first based on my research:
Glaser - USA CA, having designed/made sails for 14 years including my own torando sails - I am very happy with what we just took delivery of. Very responsive to our questions and input.
Other options (and have history with Tornado/F18 Development):
Tony Tio - Quantum Spain (trying to get a kite and jib to test).
Zuccoli - Ullman Italy (build many of the European sails)
North UK - I think they are now doing all the Shockwave sails and made sails for one of the top UK Infusion teams.
Performance NED
I did not look at any of the AUS sail makers (Goodall?) but they may be a good option based on the exchange rate.
Do your research, ask lots of questions, watch the euro if purchasing from overseas....
Try Ashby too, he seems to be sending a lot of A cat sails to the US. He made our Tiger sails a few years ago and the main was great. Jib was so/so but he has made a lot of tornado jibs since and has probably refined his jib design ideas.
