Is it true that there is no fixed range of wind where we have to race? I thought the limit is 5kts min and 25kts max - but obviously this is not true. At a recent regatta the RC told me that the benchmark is the time one race has to be finished: around 45min to 1 hour.

There is not a wind range in the class rules.
