I tried to renew my membership on 2 different computers from home & work and on 3 differenct browsers with no success. It keeps asking for a user name and password. I had the same problem last year. I don't remember how it was resolved. Any ideas?

Greg,
I had the same problem trying to do it from my iMac using Safari, but had no problems doing it from my iMac using Firefox. I know Don in Seattle had similar problems, then tried again and it worked.
