I have a f16 taipan and I am looking for a roller furler for it. Is it true that f18 are no longer using furlers if so would it work on a taipan 4.9. Thanks Andrew
It is not that they are not being used. It is that the rules will not require them to be used. The problem is that if we have a jib that is set up for a roller furler we will probably keep the furler until we replace the jib. I am sure there is someone that is itching to be the first on the block to change. That is usually me, but I have a new jib that works on the furler. I need a spinnaker and main but those would not help you much.

Any of them are fine, all of them work. I feel the one on the Hobie Tiger works a bit better than the one on the Nacra F18, but it is a bit larger.
