Any one replaced an old tramp with the new style side lacing tramp

I changed to the lace-up style for two reasons: (1) I can tighten the tramp whenever need be, and (2) it's much, much easier to get back on the boat with the lace-up style vs. the old style where the tramp slid into the tracks long the side.
