Experience the performance of a high pointing, fast tacking, powerful racing catamaran.

The Prindle 19 is:

sloop rigged, symmetrical hulled design

race equipped

If you are looking for the ultimate combination of sailing performance and strong class racing, the Prindle 19 is the catamaran for you!

A strict set of one-design class rules allow certain rigging modifications to suit the individual requirements of sailors without sacrificing the one-design characteristics of the Prindle 19. As a result, the Prindle 19 class keeps abreast of current sail tuning technology while remaining affordable for participating sailors. Truly the best of both worlds for the cost conscious, performance-oriented sailor!

Fast sailing combined with strong class racing.

Gee MAN, P19 mainsail area (+mast=17,69 sq .mtr.) as good as equal Nacra 6.0 sailarea (+mast = 17,46 sq. mtr.)

Again surplus in sail area is completely in the jibsize.

P19 at 185 will be just above iF20 class min weight when a genaker is added about 7 kg's.

P19 is ONLY 0,24 mtr to short (5/6 of a foot.)

P19 is full complaint aprt from jibsize.
