A few months back I sort of asked the question on whether or not the F20 Class could be organized enough to make a showing at the NAMSA Nationals/Tradewinds Midwinter Open Cat Nationals that will be held on Martin L King Weekend of Jan 17-19 in Key Largo, FL?

It would appear we will have F16 and F18, and would really be nice to see the F20s as well.
Perhaps with a deadline set, things might happen.
Hope so,
Rick

Hi Rick

Thanks so much for providing this great race .
Yes hope so.
We started a bit latter than the other formula classes and are lagging behind a bit .Most sailors barely get time to get a boat -some boat -together and get the time off to race . They are so happy just to be there they do not care what type of race -how it is scored ,-.
The need for a F-20 class in N A along with the other formula classes is obvious to most . It may take some time to establish ,-

Recieved e-mails from numerous interested 20 sailors around the U S and Canada . Contacted I S A F to be recognized as an official class .We have basic rules on the N A o F-20 web site.
When a number show up and wish to race F 20 they will be accomodated ,-I,ll contact some potential 20s that may attend ,-or they may be asked upon registration if they would like to be scored as a F-20 in that class along with others .

It is always great to have choices -

Will e also
Thanks again Rick

Carl
