Well, it took me 25 years to get another catamaran, but I just got home with a Hobie Miracle 20. I live in Gainesville and I have no idea where to go with it on a regular basis. I grew up in Ft. Pierce and sailed out of Jaycee Park for my high school career, but that's a little to far for me from here. So, I'm looking for suggestions on where to go relative to Gainesville, FL. Would love to get together with folks that have some local knowledge so I don't get into situations that I don't want to be in. Thank in advance for the help!

Lot's of lakes in the Ocala area that are sailable, some have clubs. You can drive on both Daytona and New Smyrna beaches and launch, but that's a hike from G-ville.
How far do you want to travel?
