I just finished purchasing an F-27 through Windcraft, I can honestly say I like dealing with Don Wigston. I haven't dealt with The Finish Line, but I'm sure they're excellent as well.
What part of the country are you in??? If you are near Texas [DFW Airport is about 15 minutes away]...LaVida Starships in North Dallas has several F28s/F28Rs [one with a Marstrom mast] as well as a couple of F31s in stock. All on trailer.
Don Wigston, Steve Marsh, & Richard Clary [972-221-3000]are well known honest brokers of these boats. Mike Leneman on the west coast [Marina Del Rey] has access to several used boats as well.
