2006 Tybee 500 Set to Begin
Coverage of the 2006 Tybee 500 will start this Saturday, May 13th, on the Tybee 500 homepage located at www.Tybee500.com
Rockledge Engineering's multimedia team consisting of Brian Karr, Chuck Harnden, and John Williams will be traveling up the coast to capture all of the action of this year's race.
Viewers will be able to follow along on www.Tybee500.com as never before, with frequent text updates, photo galleries, and a state of the art video player. Video updates will be posted daily including onboard cam footage, the exciting starts and finishes, interviews, and certainly a few surprises.
In addition to the racing action, the Rockledge Engineering team will be following the behind-the-scenes stories of the teams as they compete in one of the toughest sailing endurance races in the world.
Sux that www.wildergfx.com aint listed anywhere on the Tybee 500 site. After all I did! <img src=

/> Ima have a chat with Chuck tonight.
We've gotten almost everything packed up. Just a few more things to toss in the truck before we head south. Team Seacats should be onsite Friday afternoon and we can't wait to get started! Along with superior coverage provided here on Catsailor, there will be other spots all with a unique perspective on the race. Tybee 500 site looks like it will be buzzing with activity, we'll have hourly race coverage, details about our team, AND the AdventureOnline.tv daily webcast at www.teamseacats.com. Other sites to watch (all of which will also have the AdventureOnline.tv webcast) will be Tad and Trey's site at www.velocitysailing.com, of course here at www.catsailor.com, and www.sailinganarchy.com. The www.tybee500.com site also looks like it too will be buzzing with activity. This should be quite a show!
P.S. Please also remember that a lot of us can't do things like this without the help from our sponsors. I'm not asking you to buy anything ... but please click around and look at their sites - if you do find their products and services interesting (we've got some neat stuff happening this year!), PLEASE let them know where you found them! It helps us and helps our sport grow making things like this race possible.
Robi:
I just looked over your site wildergfx.com and could not help but notice a very familiar graphic. I probably should be flattered and would be if you had asked to copy it. I know it is not an exact copy but how much closer could it get?
Because I could not show it here I have uploaded it to (attachment):
Later,
Dan
