Okay, 2010 Dauphin Island Race. Who is in. Deborah and I are in on the Nacra 20.
Last year everybody sailed out of Fairhope. Is that what everyone else is doing this year? Any idea if Buccaneer Yacht Club has a beach to launch out of?

I am still on the mend from shoulder surgery so that's a negative for me. I should be back on the water in a month or so.
Its still up in the air whether Judy and are in on our P19.
Will know for sure Monday the 19th.
Buccaneer does have a fair beach to launch from. Two drawbacks, might
have to clear the beach area of driftwood and for at least 50 to 60 yards out
it is very shallow...less than 2ft.
Just to the west of Pelican Pub on DI is a fairly nice beach for
putting in after the race. I've only seen it from the air though... will
investigate more this weekend.

That beach by the Pelican Pub is good to use, we used it ti finish and derig last year on the 6.0
