[#13593]

i recently came into the opportunity to possibly get onto a 6.0 express for a very good deal, but my question is, with as hot as the f18 class is now, would i be better saving for a few more months and getting onto a newer design. dont get me wrong though, the 6.0 hauls some a$$, i mean there arent many faster boats, but it just seems like everyone is on a jav or inter, errr..nacra, 20...

I know the feeling well. I love my 6.0NA but the thought of owning an F18 with the way the class is growing looks appealing. My plan at the moment however, is to stick with my 6.0 for at least another 2 years but may, in the mean time, acquire some sort of single handed boat so I have options when the crew bails on me.

That's a tough call but depends on how you feel about class racing. It's a great distance race machine but there aren't that many active 6.0 Expresses out there to class race against.

I think that it depends on what you want it for. For Long Distance, the 6.0 is great. Around the marks, f18 may be better.

Sorry to further confuse the issue, but you can get a great deal on a jav right now too. www.f18htclass.com
