A-Class Special: Fly South for the Winter.
John and Carla of Coconut Grove Sails and Catamaran Sailor Magazine are working hard to give A-Class boats (as well as other classes) a good reason to bring your boat south for the winter and then commute to some really great regattas.
There are three major races planned in the Keys/S. Fl area (Leave your boat in the tropics and commute):
* Nov 13-16 -- Annual A-Class Coconut Grove Classic, Rick's Place, Key Largo, FL
* Jan 18-20, 2002 -- Annual Tradewinds and A-Class Midwinter Nationals, Key Largo, FL
* Jan 29-Feb 2, 2002 -- Miami Olympics Regatta, Biscayne Bay, Miami YC
